Worked on different skin care products manufacturing (like hair color, hand sanitizer, bleach cream, hair removal cream).Responsible for keeping plant equipment and production level as per targeted plan.Monitoring of Production capacity as well as the process efficiency.To execute Production Plan in accordance with the sales demand.Manage manpower and train them as per requirement.To Plan, analyze and implement the work schedules, monitoring of Staff, Staff Training.To monitor and control the Quality Control parameters of processes.Liaison with maintenance department for repair & maintenance jobs.

Check and balance of materials in and out from warehouse.
